Send feedback from the app
Shake your phone, or open Profile, tap the gear icon at the top right (Settings) and choose Send feedback. You can mark up the screenshot before sending; the privacy policy lists what the report contains.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You get a code by email and choose a new password with it.
Report or block someone
Entries and comments you see come only from your friends and from people commenting on their entries. If something is wrong, use the menu: on someone else's entry, tap ⋯ and choose Report entry; on a snack, open the menu at the top right and choose Report snack; on a comment, long-press it and choose Report; on a friend's profile, open the menu and choose Report user. You can block people from an entry's ⋯ menu and from a long-pressed comment with “Block username”, and from a friend's profile with Block. A blocked person can no longer send you requests, and you disappear from each other. I review every report.
Your data
Under Profile → Settings → Privacy & data you find Export my data (a ZIP file with everything, photos included). Delete my account is at the very bottom of Settings, below Log out. What deletion removes is explained on Delete your account.
